RETURNS
This is a small operation and cannot accept returns through the online shop. If you'd like to try before you buy, please check out our retailers.

 

WARRANTY
Vongon will repair or replace any malfunctioning product, due to workmanship or materials, for a period of one year after the purchase date. Proof of purchase will be required. Problems resulting from modifications or misuse may cancel this warranty. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original owner of the product. The owner is responsible for all shipping costs, unless the pedal arrives broken. In that case, we will cover all shipping costs, if it is within 14 days after the purchase date. Please, contact us prior to sending any products in for repair. These terms are subject to change.
